How much more stupid can O2 get?  I’ve been prompted to sign in to the O2 app on my iPad and they’ve enabled MFA requiring a SMS verification.  As the iPad won’t receive SMS messages and that’s the only authorised number I’m now locked out of my account.  Before anyone suggests it I’m not going to swap the SIM into a phone just to receive the text.

Yes, it's another genius idea.

Have you tried using mobile data instead of wifi to login?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
