Where I live there has been issues with data and signal for nearly a month now, my whole house is on o2 and we all cant use our phones fully. I am aware that there are issues in the area that should of been fixed by September but now its been pushed back to October, as such I now don't feel like I am getting value for the bill I'm paying each month.

The Terms and Conditions you signed outlined you were not guaranteed a signal all the time.
If it has been pushed back then there will be good reasons
