How do you find your settlement figure on the “My O2 app”

If on refresh scroll to the bottom where it says Upgrade in the Myo2 web portal and it will show you the cost to pay off your device plan.. 


If on Sim Only, non refresh then you will need to speak to Customer Services on 202 or 0344 809 0202
