I selected to keep my sim as I'm an existing customer, but at the end it says my order will be delivered by Royal Mail? Is this just something they haven't bothered changing? Conflicting information.

It said the same when I recently did a sim upgrade. Nothing ever arrived.

Possible you are being sent a 5G SIM if you have a 4G one, @Jigsawe24 - best to talk to O2 Sales,

Just to update nothing arrived so yes I guess they haven't updated it
