MY SIM HAS AUTOMATICALLY BECOME UNREGISTERED AND I NEED TO USE MY PHONE URGENTLY. NEED TO HAVE THE SIM RE REGISTERED.

CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE AND ON BOTH OCCASSIONS THE CALL GOT TERMINATED BY O2 AS THEY ARE VERY BUSY, WITH A MESSAGE TO USE THE CAHT FUNCTION ON THE WEB. A TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY THAT CAN NOT HANDLE CALLS!
