Then you need to take the sim out of the router and put it in a phone to receive the security code, otherwise you will need to contact o2 to do whatever you are trying to do Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Your router will also have a control panel that you can login to which will show any sms messages that have been received.
You can Google for how to do that depending on your router type.
