What's worrying is the number of people who are possibly responding to those texts. O2 needs to do something about this pronto.

We're only hearing from a very small amount of people who are either questioning these texts or are smart enough to know what they are. These texts could potentially be going out to millions of customers, if the scammers have gotten hold of customer lists, which it appears that they have. I'm surprised that this hasn't made the news.
