£4.50 per week has been charged onto my account & I received a text saying Welcome to ThumbTiger to opt out text STOP, but I thought that was the scam so I ignored, not realising it was charging me until my husband said Why is your phone bill so high that I looked into it. 02 sorted it out which took 3 days. I’ve no idea how long I’ve been paying it!

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers
