Samsung galaxy s20 Ultra pre order

I preordered samsung galaxy s20 Ultra and was due to receive on 31st march 2020. I have received a message saying O2 will call me regarding delivery options and the package was ready to be shipped. I have not heard anything from them since. Is anyone else waiting for their phone and have any more information.

Yes all parcels are late due to lack of personnel etc.

The Post Office delivery was still being delivered to me yesterday.

The other delivery companies are still delivering at the moment ~like DPD and Hermes

I got the same text on the 31st of march. I have not recieved the promised phone call to arrange delivery instead of click and collect. O2 customer service have no record of my pre order from 28th Feb. any advice on this?
