Helloo

Did anyone have problems with S5 loosing wifi ? I went to O2 shop and after few days they give me phone back with letter stating that its unrepeirable - because someone did some unauthohorised rework on the phone and its unreperaible.

And thats a mystery because iv bought it with contract from O2 and none repairs rework upgrades rooting etc didnt happend.

Now im trying to contact shop and gues what they dont answer my calls !!!!???.

On thursday someone put me on hold and i was on hold for 40 min....

Now they dont even answer phonecalls from my number or my wifes mobile?

And i can`t sent phone on repair thru O2 because it was repaired in O2 shop. Which does not want to even speak with me?

I checked knox counter is 0.0. As by default.

So whats now? I dont have WIFI, O2 refuses by various diffrent reason to repair it, and even start ignoring me?

anyone?

Send it to Samsung and avoid O2 repair like the plague.
If it wasn't that story, it would be another.

The above advice is completely sound, do not, DO NOT repair with o2.. Much better service direct to Samsung who will not invent any "problems" with the phone.

As long as it really hasn't been repaired by an unofficial technician you'll be fine with Samsung.

Let us know what happens though please.

Try rebooting your router, set your router to a different channel or change the frequency.
