Hi, I have preordered the Galaxy S10+ on o2 pay monthly (upgraded from simo) I placed my preorder within minutes of the Samsung unpacked event on 20th Febuary 2019. I believe I was one of the first people to order the device when o2 relased the device on there website. Today I recived a SMS from o2 saying "O2:Sorry it's taking longer than we hoped to send your order. We're still expecting more stock soon. We'll text you again as soon as we have a delivery date." - My question is, do o2 ship deviced on a first come first serve basis? Surly thoes of us that waited up to place their order asap should be entitled to recive the first batch of orders. I was expecting my device to be shipped on the 8th March 2019 but now im starting to think that wont be the case. Opinions??
