I have just received this phone today. I have managed to transfer appa and other things. However I am unable to make any calls. It states the phone is not registered with 02.

All the help I can get is to contact 02 customer services but I can not.

I have an esim

I have tried messaging 02 on chat but that is useless, just go around in circles

Can anyone give advice or tell me what I ca do. I am at the point of returning the phone
