SIM size

Hi, I've kust been sold a new phone but it takes a different size SIM card, reception here is rubbish so I cannot call 202 as their Help item  says nor can I get into a store. Can you order a replacement SIM on line? Thank you

Unless your sim is very old, it will be a 3 in 1 so you can just push out the middle to make a nano sim.

Are you sure your old sim wont push out to correct size? ie

Hi, its a very old Sim, I have had it seven years! and its a pay monthly not pay as you go.

I do not want to change the package and I looked at the shop and that is only for new customers wanting a new package?

Your only option is to call from another phone or via Skype.
