I booked a SIM card but supply within wrong address information.

You need to contact Sales if a new order, you will need to make contact in the morning, and they may need to cancel and reorder, pending credit checks. 

message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

 

If its a replacement then contact o2 in the morning on 0344 809 0202 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

You are guaranteed to fail another credit check so quickly after the first one, so do not cancel unless you wish to wait a month to reorder.

Is there any way you can collect from the old address, as you can then change your address once you have the sim.....

Your order will already be in the postal system so there's no way you can change it now.
