Hi can someone please help me about 2 weeks ago my data stopped working still shows that am connected to my 4g but nothing sends or loads so 02 sent me another SIM card tried again same issue. So I added my sim into my partner phone same issue no data would work I’ve no put my friends pay as you go sim into my phone and it worked first time what is the issue with my sim as I’ve already had 2

Sounds like you have a payg sim rather than a contract one.

The settings are different and will reset each time you start the phone.

Ask o2 to send you a contract sim but in the meantime, try changing your apn to a pay monthly one https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/Connecting-Android-Phone-to-Data-Serv...

No im running on pay monthly sim and had been running fine for about 2 months I only put the pay as you go into see if it worked with data etc to make sure it wasn’t the phone that was broke

Must be a data restriction on your account then @Toni2 

Have you asked O2 to check if data is enabled?
