I have received a call from a billing department ran by Samual manager of billing based in south dartford/ dartford branch.
Promising Reduced payment and apple ear pods, for free.
They even offered me a recycle program so I can have a new hand set.
I only verified details and provided my security question but when it got to the billing part I was questioning the authenticity of the call, what surprised me is they had all my details and they were so persistent when I put them on hold to call 02. They hung up and called me on all the numbers below.
0114 360 1433
01444 390636
01234 416281
01376 435043

Actually, given O2's steam-driven phone queuing system, I am surprised you got through to O2 at all. If you had the other guys on the line trying to get you to upgrade, you could have engaged with O2's Social Media Team on Twitter or Facebook, links just below.
The O2 dial-in numbers as set up today is not geared for such "rapid response" situations, sadly.
Hopefully the links provided by @Enlli help and you can ensure all your banking and other financial products and your MyO2 account are intact and as they should be.
Thanks for listing the numbers they tried to call you from, @e0.

@e0 By now, whoever called you has called a thousand other customers on a thousand different numbers than the ones you listed above. It's an epidemic that is suffered by customers on every network, and none of them have been able to figure out a solution to stop it. It's a worldwide problem.
As we always advise, never give your information to a cold caller, no matter who they say they are, or where they're from, or how much they say they know about you. As you provided them with some information, you need to change all your passwords, not just on O2. You should also inform your bank, and periodically check your bank account to monitor it for any activity that you don't recognise, as well as reporting it to the police and following the advice in the link above.
