If you're on a refresh contract it will.

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

However, it won't if you are on a standard contract taken with a third party. If so, you will need to upgrade to a sim only contract to get a reduction.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Depends on which tariff you are on.

Refresh tariffs where the phone is a separate payment to the airtime will.

Standard tariffs no. These days these tend to be sold by companies associated with O2 and not O2 direct

Check on My O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
