Don't know if I'm just really unlucky, but, after months of butting heads with o2's stubborn policy of repairs returns ,I finally gave in today(10/10/16) and took my z3+ to be sent away for inspection/repair.
Paid my £25 and received a stone age Samsung loan handset. Only to find now I'm home ,won't keep the sim in place !
No signal ha so now it's a £25 loan alarm clock.
this after my treatment by customer services which include, and these are true quotes..
1) it's your own fault you should have got a business contract!( assistant in Barnsley o2 store)
2) after establishing I was on hands free whilst driving" the line is crackling can you swap to your handset" (customer service advisor)
3) a call from a simpathetic o2 advisor who asked to put me on hold while he spoke to his supervisor. To which he transferred me to South Africa where they had no idea who rang me. And they hung up and nobody rung back.
and as I say now I have to finish work early again at my cost to go back to store tomorrow because the loan handset has no signal.
thanks o2

I've tried the complaint route.
got swept under the carpet as I've been waiting 9 weeks for a call back?
even asked for onbudsman's contact details only to be refused by a customer services assistant and his manager?
theyre on o2 site so why refuse?

Got caught up at work so was unable to take knackered loan handset to shop. Talk about frustrating
