I am currently in the US and I don't understand why there is a bar in my phone. I have called customer service to notify that I was travelling and needed my service on, O2 always gives me hard time when am abroad and where I need communication the most. I need this solved asap

@Ingrid There are many WiFi hotspots you can use until you get the issue resolved with O2. Just make sure you're using a VPN, as those hotspots aren't secure.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
