Roaming in europe

My mobile contract has recently been transferred from Virgin Media, where I had free roaming in Europe, to O2. I was told that the contract would remain the same, but I just wanted to double check that the free European roaming had been transferred over as well, as I'm off to France next week and don't want to be hit with a massive bill!

Thanks

Rich

Do check that your APN is correct for O2 after the move - if you got an O2 branded SIM in your move, that should be all in order. Also check that the new O2 account has not had a cap applied, which can make connecting to data when in France a bit if a struggle after enabling roaming and roaming data, @Tunners

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/spend-cap - has the info.
