After returning a phone (on 27/7/17) how long is it before my account should reflect the change? This was an upgrade which I was unhappy with & returned within the 14 day cooling off period.

So I bus it to the shop in Southampton, sorry we can only put you through to customer services! Anyway they did that, on the phone for 10-15 mins, will reconnect me no charge! They were initially going to charge me for this !!
should be reconnected in 2 - 48 hrs. Fingers crossed

72hrs later & I'm reconnected. .... I really want to upgrade but think I'll go elsewhere now.
