I returned my phone 3 weeks ago as was in my cooling off period. Have just received my new bill and it’s still showing even though I have confirmation of return.
I can’t get a new contract as it’s still showing as an outstanding amount. I have asked for the phone back and they said they can’t send it back to me?
Anyone else had this problem or have gone to the ombudsman as I am paying for something I have not got?

It will just be o2 and their speedy systems not updating with the return parcel @Melisssa
You will have to keep chasing them to get them to scan it back in and acknowledge the return.
Keep hold of the confirmation it was signed for!

Thanks gmarkj they said they were going to cancel my phone today a Manager has to do it so hopefully this will resolve and I can order a new one..
