@Susan60

You'll need to speak to customer service.

Can you get someone else to call for you? Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

CS is closed today and they open at 10am tomorrow

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

@Susan60 The 14 day change your mind policy has been extended to 28 days, but you'll have to get someone to call for you.

@Susan60

Can you use the Relay service or the signvideo service?

If you’re deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired, you can use Relay UK to make calls. A trained BT relay assistant will read out your message to the person you’re calling, and/or type out their reply for you to read. You can use Relay UK through the Relay UK app or through a textphone. If using the app, you can connect to calls by selecting one of three options: Type & Read, Speak & Read or Type & Hear.
