Good evening,
I've just returned an item to o2. It's seems as it has been completed as there is description about item has meet criteria and the job is closed.
How long that's going to take to appear on MyO2 as device has been paid off? There is still payment due to 26th of this month to be taken. I had 14 days return policy.

Sames happening to me either their system is **** or their returns department are incompetent of doing the job properly quick at taking your money though when they want it this companies got worse since virgin got their hands on it 🤦♂️
