Don’t know what system o2 use but it’s absolute garbage when ever I’ve returned a device it never comes off my account when it’s returned
I returned a faulty iPad Pro 3 days ago which was marked at returned on the system after 4 phone calls and 3 live chats this device is still stuck on my account and it’s stopping me placing a new order for my upgrade so what now I’m fed up waiting to be honest
