I need to return the phone I purchased one week ago as it is not what I want. It is impossible to get any response from anyone in terms of policy and procedures. I went to an O2 store and they informed me that they do not accept returns, and to call 202. I have done this, they hang up! I am now on the 'Sales' line believing they will gladly respond, I have been in a queue now for over 30mins, they clearly only negotiate sales on line, or in store, but nothing else. How Do I Return My Phone?????? Please Help

The only way is to call 202 or 0344 809 0202 and call waits are high at the moment due to demand and it been peak time to call.
Best time to call is 8am
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
