Requesting a new sim card please

upon taking the simcard out of my mobile the sim has snapped and I need to request a new one to my home address.

Misunderstood the use of the community board! (Thought this was a one to one messenger)whoops. Thanks anyway

Hi @Anonymous Quickest way is to pop into your nearest O2 store and get a new sim. You wont have to wait for it to arrive then..They will swap the number for you as well...

Otherwise contact customer services 202 contract 4445 payg..
