Hi,

Yesterday I visited your store and placed an order for home broadband. While there, your colleague told me that since I’m getting broadband from O2, I could also get a special SIM offer: 250GB for £12.

She tried to register it for me under my current phone number, but couldn’t. So she registered it under a different number and said she would cancel it and try to move the offer to my own number. Later, she told me it was cancelled.

However, today I received an email saying the SIM was still ordered, but with the new number—not mine.

I would really like to have this offer (250GB for £12) on my current phone number, since I’m getting broadband from you.

Could you please help me with this?

Thank you
