I stupidly smashed my Samsung galaxy note plus 5g and spoke to 02 today who have sent a replacement is that a temporary phone until they see if my phone is fixable? Thanks

I guess it's an insurance replacement which will be yours to keep.

You'll need to handover your damaged one when the courier brings the new one.

@claire17 Make sure you remove the sim from your damaged phone before sending it off.
