Regular media message snot sent by me

I am being charged every moth for a media message sent to an email address at 11.53 . I am not sending these. I am being charged. 0.542 every month. What is this?

 You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers.
