Can someone from o2 call me to discuss the issue I'm having with my recent upgrade.
I've got a refurb Samsung 20 5G and the screen touch response is bad.
When I'm on a website it stops scrolling and freezes, when I'm using the keyboard its missing letters I'm pressing or there's a delay in the text appearing after I've pressed the keys.
When I'm watching a programme its difficult to pause/play or exit.
Its really hit and miss with the finger print recognition.
To answer a call it takes many tries, I know this is a refurbished phone but it should still perform well.
I've done several restarts and the latest version is installed.
Please can you help, as per other customers there is no longer a phone number to call and I've been struggling for weeks now.
