Hi All,
When I opened an account I had to pay a deposit due to a low credit score (new to the country). I was told it would be paid back after three months. Now I see O2 has deducted it off my account on the Data account. I have been trying to contact them about this...but its all Covid-19.
I want the money refunded now, not benefit a small amount every month.
Who or how can one get someone on the LINE to SPEAK to??

It should be on your 4th bill as a credit
You need to call to have it paid into your account
