Refund for £15 Rolling Plan

Hi, today i was charged for the £15 data plan. I would like to get this refunded. I will contact my bank about but I will need a code to get this authorised.

Refunds are possible under some circumstances but only when cancelling a PAYG contract and usually if you transfer to a monthly contract.

If you top up incorrectly you won't get it refunded.

Contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
