You guys rejected contract but took up front cost why will I get it back

The upfront payment is simply reserved by your bank in the event of O2 accepting the contract

It will be returned to your available funds within 7 days

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with this – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
