3 months ago I took out a refresh plan. I want to pay off the device and cancel the airtime plan. I can not find anything in my contract that says I can do this? I'm on a 24 month contract. I know I can pay the device part off anytime but I can't find anywhere where it says I can end the airtime part. Just says I could upgrade early. Does anyone no?

As long as you are on refresh you just pay off the device plan and tell customer service you want to give notice on the airtime plan.
You will be required to pay 1 further month of airtime as you have to give 30 days notice.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
