Is it possible to pay additional amounts directly towards the device part of the refresh contract or is it only possible to pay off the remaining amount?

On my O2 you can pay multiples of the monthly amount. By repeatedly putting through a payment of the monthly amount

But officially,  for partial or settlement payments, you must call cs

Hi @Anonymous

You can pay as much as you like on your device plan. Go into My O2 and the make  payment section. You can do it there http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Do it via CS on 202 when you do.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I just found doing it through MyO2 gave me the freedom to do just that.... I wasn't on Refresh but a 24 month contract. I could pay an extra month as and when I wanted to wink

Edited  for spelling...Rolleys
