If you only just paid today, @Clare14, as it is now the weekend, it will most likely be Monday before your service is restored. Normally it takes up to 48hrs during the week. You can also check with customer service to find out if the bar on your account has been removed, numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support - call around 08:15 UK time any day. Reboot your phone every so often to check if you can latch onto the network after 2 working days have passed since you cleared the back-payment. Good luck!
