Hi, if someone from the same network (O2) is abroad and calls me,do I also pay for the call or only the caller pays?

Where abroad will determine what it costs you - the caller never pays for calling another UK number anywhere?
International charges are here but also depends if you have o2 travel.

I am on O2 and someone calls me from abroad on O2 too, do i pay or is a free call to receive?

I read the OP's post as them saying they were in the UK. They wouldn't be charged for any call from any network.
