What I have to do if after 24 months I like to cancel my airtime and keep paying instalments for my device plan.
I would like to avoid the situation when I will have to pay whole outstanding balance for device plan after I switch to the new provider.

Do you think it will be possible to sort it out in O2 shop?
After last experience with chat and 202 where was lack of knowledge about it, I think it will be quicker to visit the shop.
