Hi, I just purchased an iPhone 15 on the website and when the payment went through of upfront the page disconnected but its gone through my bank

You are going to best speaking to the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255 to see if the order has gone through. if not o2 dont have your money it will be pending with your bank, so you need to speak to them if it hasnt been gone back to you in upto 14days
