I have a tablet with a sim
Can it make calls also where would I get a charger for it it was refurbished and didn’t come with one

Not possible to make normal phone calls but you can use facebook messenger, whatsapp etc to make calls over your data connection. These would be free if connected to wifi or use your data allowance if not.
Chargers can be purchased from ebay, amazon, market stalls etc and are just standard micro USB connections.
