Hi.
I have installed Qustodio on my daughters new phone but have a problem connecting to 3G/4G. When at home there is no problems connecting to my home WiFi but as soon as we leave the house nothing works, no internet, no Watts App, no google maps nothing. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

Firstly check that mobile data is switched on in settings.

Then try sending a text with the word "ACTIVE" TO 2020. Save the settings that get sent back then reboot phone.

Lastly, if non of that works, check your apn is correct.
