I have requested through text message for the add on purchase option to be closed on this account and at the moment it is still live. Can you please turn it off as I do not want bills of £80 per month thanks

If you don’t want high bills then I suggest you change to a different tariff or get premium bars added

@Angela has already requested a bar which is what she is asking for again  No need to change tariff, simply contacting them again to do what she asked for.
