Hello, I requested a proof of my phone using o2 network. I have a o2 refresh contract. O2 have been sending a document with a wrong date. My phone was stolen on 7 of march, therefore I need a document showing a proof of usage until that date to activate my insurance.
Please, I need the right document with right dates. Thank you!

Hi Madale. I currently have a complaint against o2 due to their “usage report” being completely useless. I made a claim on a phone loss last month with my insurance company and after a lot of detective work, was able to prove the useage report was unreliable and not fit for purpose. It was thanks to @Dave-O2 who is the manager on this forum, that I was able to prove there is serious issues so hopefully he can help you too. There will be many others like us who are having legitimate claims rejected because of this, it really is a disgrace. If there’s anything I can do to help let me know.
