The claims website now says 'Please do not claim until 14 days after you have received your handset.'.
This goes against the T&Cs of the pre-order offer

No it doesn't @Emrah.
You may not like the phone and return before the 14 day cooling off period. Then you would have £350 headphones gained fraudulently.

They can simply not process claims for 14 days. They condition was not agreed to, you cannot simply alter a contract one sided... I am not the one acting unlawfully here.

I understand the need to prevent fraud but the T&Cs set the expectation that claims could be made on June 18th... anyways, will go ahead and ignore the message on the website.
