Thankyou but I have called customer service and they're saying it should work and to keep trying but now the link to buy is conveniently not working anymore. Sorry to bug ya'll.

I got mine was having difficulties to begin with, rang o2 as it was saying code invalid.

An was told to wait for 30days after my purchase.

Customer services Allen was lying though his teeth or didn't have a clue.

Once you have the code use the link sign in, the select pay in full not per month.

Issue was resolved instantly and in the post to me. Hope this helps all.👍

not resolved with me, been trying since April, we are now in August, got a 2nd code today and again its invalid, rung 02 literally 2 minutes ago and was told to ring back. Shocking customer service

Has this been resolved I've been waiting since July 2023 7 months and still going round in circles had 2 codes neither work the chat is usless they keep feeding me the same scripted dribble asking me to wait 48 hours and then 5 working days then 14 then back to 48 hours any help would be greatly appreciated I have followed the link put the code in correctly I have even done it on my laptop and the app I've made sure there is no spaces before the code and after it I copied it directly from the text so the letters and numbers arnt wrong either.
