Hi hopefully someone can help me. I was charged by mistake for data while in Croatia, after speaking to O2 customer service they said they would credit my account for the over charge.
When my next bill arrived in August the credit hadn't been paid so I contacted O2 Cs again and they said they would double the payment to £50 as a gesture of good will. My bill has just arrived and again I haven't received my credit. After speaking to Cs again the agent said they had manually added it to my account.
My problem is quite simply this..... How do I see what the balance of my account is??
I used to be able to see my full account history by using the following :
https://service.o2.co.uk/Billing/eaO2/Unbilled
Now with this new "MyO2" app I find it almost impossible to find any information on my history.
What or where can I have access to this, my, information?
