Hello,
I transfer/migrate My O2 number from Pay as You Go to Pay Monthly - Small Biz 34, after them My O2 account don't work good. When I login to My O2 bussines in bussines site I get messenge:
No services available
You don't seem to have any services available on your account at the moment. Get in touch with your usual O2 Business contact or call us on 0800 028 0202.
and button > Go to My O2
i click button and get next messenge:
My O2 products and services
You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account.
When I go to Manage my details I see my D.O.B., my mobile number, Name and Familly Name, User name, e-mail adress
I need check my billing and history of calls, but it's don't work. I chat witch O2 Guru, and get that answer:
But I don't get any e-mail, after 5 h.
Please help my, what I need to do, to get access to managment My O2 account and check my history of calls, biling and any other.
