Yes in fairness there are a lot of good staff in live chat but this was just talking you through a procedure which they should know. We often get told that live chat will sometimes tell customers what they want to hear (Particularly when phones are delayed etc) However Samsung are normally good with stock supply so fingers crossed for you all...
