Hi there - my payment is overdue but I won’t have money until the end of the month - how can I postpone my payment so you don’t stop my outgoing calls and data? I have no WiFi at home and I use my mobile data - I really can’t lose that during quarantine!

Oh, and yes I’ve tried to call 202 which I used to do but now due to the pandemic they don’t answer general queries
